I'm Benjamin Surman

I grew up with an interest in how things were made. That turned into creating businesses. Some were a side hustle. Some failed. And some were winners. I also helped launch and grow Uber Eats. After 4 brief years (which felt like 20), I got back to building.

Currently, I run Balanced Real Estate, manage biolink.fyi, I am the Director of Business Development for an approved government contractor, and I advise small to medium-sized brands.
